Situation:
The brand FishLife Aquarium had no existing brand, they needed all branding and website development executed. They also had no foot hold in the Long Island market whatsoever.
Approach:
We started by building their brand which included: Logo, Business Cards, Transparent Stickers, T-shirts and Facebook. We are also in process of developing their website which is a full e-commerce solution.
To grow awareness of their brand in the Long Island area we began a gorilla marketing campaign in the streets which included free t-shirt giveaways, Flyers and going from business to business introducing the brand and what they can do for the fish loving consumer. We also sent out mailings to many residential and business owners in the Nassau and Suffolk counties.
On Facebook we started to show images of custom built fish tanks and started to engage fish lovers within Facebook. We found the main fish enthusiast on Facebook and engaged them in conversations explaining the brand as well as introducing them to many of the custom designed tanks that were already in the hands of the consumers. They loved the work and helped us to spread the word to all Long Island consumers that were considered heavy Fish Lovers.
Results:
Fishlife is now a known brand within the Long Island community and from the growth seen from our marketing efforts they were able to open up a physical store in Huntington which is being developed at the moment. We took a non existing brand and helped them to go from a one person business to a thriving 8 person team with a physical store front.
